About the role

The Junior Commercial Coordinator will support the execution of commercial and marketing strategies for an entertainment and leisure business in Tegucigalpa. The role ensures visual consistency, operational discipline, and the successful rollout of promotions, campaigns, events, and other commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement commercial and marketing strategies on the operational floor.
• Plan and coordinate events, including programming and logistics.
• Manage social media channels at an intermediate level.
• Negotiate with shopping centre partners.
• Maintain basic POS systems and ensure accurate transaction handling.
• Support operational coordination and discipline across teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
• Strong organizational, communication, and result‑orientation skills.
