Coordinador de Importaciones

About the role

Molineros is looking for a Coordinador de Importaciones to ensure timely supply of its products by efficiently managing import processes, international logistics, and customs operations. The role is pivotal in coordinating and monitoring all import activities while complying with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the complete import process for products.
• Manage international shipments and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with international suppliers, customs agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics operators.
• Track transit times, customs clearance, and final delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with customs legislation and foreign‑trade requirements.
• Apply and manage the appropriate INCOTERMS for each transaction.
• Analyze import‑related costs and propose optimization opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date import data in the company’s ERP system.
• Work with internal departments to guarantee timely inventory availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in import processes, international logistics, or customs management.
• Strong knowledge of customs legislation, INCOTERMS and foreign‑trade procedures.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English is desirable.
