Customer Service Agent

About the role

You will provide front‑line support to patients and clients of a medical clinic, handling incoming communications and ensuring a professional first impression. Your work will strengthen patient relationships and uphold the clinic’s reputation for high‑quality medical support and care coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and refer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, connecting patients to the correct department or specialist.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with courtesy and accuracy.
• Listen to patient concerns, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and provide clear information about clinic services.
• Guide patients through registration processes and explain medical services.
• Document all communications and patient interactions in the CRM or EHR system, maintaining organized records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service; experience in a medical or healthcare environment is a plus.
• Fully bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong listening, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities for a fast‑paced clinical setting.
• Strict respect for confidentiality (HIPAA) and high ethical standards.
