Customer Service Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its San Pedro Sula office. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring shipments are tracked, issues are resolved, and relationships are strengthened.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Engage customers professionally to build lasting relationships.
• Provide real‑time track‑and‑trace updates and status reports.
• Enter, update, and process orders across multiple systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate customs paperwork with internal teams.
• Follow established billing procedures.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
