Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Avery Dennison’s Honduras team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be a key player in the global supply chain, ensuring an exceptional service experience for our most strategic international accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order lifecycle for global customers, including order entry, export documentation, and shipment tracking.
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Internal Sales, Operations, and production planners to align capacity and delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve commercial complaints, quality issues, and billing disputes, negotiating returns, credit notes, and replacement orders according to internal policies.
• Support the commercial team with quotations, color‑match requests, and product recommendations.
• Identify patterns in complex data, propose supply‑chain improvements, and mentor junior team members on handling complex incidents.

Required profile

• Completed technical high‑school education (required); university degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing or related fields (highly desirable).
• More than 6 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related supply‑chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and professional communication skills.
