Customer Service Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics, a world‑class asset‑based carrier, is expanding its operations in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our office team. The role focuses on supporting customers throughout the shipment lifecycle, from order entry to delivery confirmation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of Charger Logistics’ products and services.
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, professional interactions.
• Provide real‑time track and trace updates for shipments.
• Continuously inform customers of order status and resolve freight‑related issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established procedures for processing bills.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and tactful conflict escalation.
• Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick aptitude for learning new software.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
