Customer Success Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Success Coordinator works closely with the Enterprise Account Director to ensure enterprise clients receive timely communication, accurate information, and a seamless onboarding experience. This position is ideal for energetic, detail‑oriented professionals who want to grow into higher‑level account management or sales roles.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the daily point of contact for client queries, worker updates, and scheduling during onboarding.
• Draft and send recap emails after meetings, calls, or major updates.
• Monitor active accounts, flag issues or delays, and keep the Enterprise Account Director informed.
• Prepare materials for client kickoff and internal alignment meetings.
• Track onboarding progress across multiple visa program workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain organized client files, checklists, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate status updates and deliverables with Program Management, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Enter and maintain client data in HubSpot, supporting data cleanup and standardization.
• Assist in creating sales decks, onboarding guides, and client‑facing collateral.
• Support the Enterprise Account Director in updating SOPs, templates, and internal checklists.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account coordination, client services, administrative support, or sales support.
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
