Data Reporting Analyst

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Data Reporting Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office. You will work closely with business owners, technical teams, and operations staff to translate business needs into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather requirements through document analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with business owners and technical teams.
• Develop business cases, needs analyses, and problem definitions presented in professional dashboards.
• Produce clean, accurate documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and analytical reports.
• Design technical solutions to address business challenges and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with users regarding production issues and resolution strategies.
