Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to maintain a professional, active, and consistent presence across our website, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit graphics and marketing materials consistent with brand guidelines, using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain and update website content, add new project pages, and create landing pages using WordPress.
• Design, schedule, and analyze email campaigns with Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Produce and curate social media content, primarily on LinkedIn, turning internal information into public‑facing posts.
• Edit and proofread copy for grammar, tone, and branding consistency.
• Perform basic photo and video editing for marketing use.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of digital assets.
• Monitor basic marketing metrics such as website traffic, email open rates, and social engagement.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Able to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and working with technical subject matter.
• Interest in public‑safety communications industry.
