About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage our client portfolio, uncover new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. This full‑time, onsite position is based in our Tegucigalpa office and focuses on B2B sales of intangible products such as training and consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects in the B2B market.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales of intangible products (training, consulting).
• Degree in Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude and a focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
