Ejecutivo Comercial

About the role

The Commercial Executive will drive growth in the corporate segment by generating, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Working from strategic prospecting to client conversion, the role ensures disciplined pipeline management and alignment with WTW's revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and develop target companies according to WTW's commercial strategy and priority segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain an active commercial agenda with regular meetings, contacts, and prospecting activities.
• Build, update, and discipline the sales pipeline, tracking leads, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Apply a consultative selling approach using WTW's value proposition, insights, benchmarks, and tools.
• Coordinate with technical specialists to design solutions, prepare proposals, and present competitive alternatives.
• Leverage WTW’s local, regional, and global ecosystem—including Placement, Consulting, Client Management, and other specialties—to craft high‑value solutions.
• Develop relationships with insurers and market actors to facilitate solution structuring and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Hunter mindset with proven ability to generate business from scratch.
• Strong understanding of corporate client needs and risk considerations.
• Commitment to compliance, ethics, and corporate governance policies.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team sales objectives.
