About the role

WTW is seeking an Insurance Account Executive to manage the full lifecycle of property insurance policies for assigned clients. The role involves receiving, technically and commercially analyzing, and efficiently administering new policies and renewals while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive compliance and follow‑up of policy renewal processes for assigned clients according to established procedures.
• Efficiently administer policies and endorsements, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness of updates.
• Provide operational support to the collections area, ensuring correct application of defined guidelines.
• Assist in handling client claims, facilitating agile and orderly management aligned with current procedures.
• Execute service activities such as visits, contacts, calls, reports, and presentations.
• Respond to, manage, and track client inquiries and requirements, delivering timely solutions within set standards.
• Maintain availability according to the needs of the assigned portfolio.
• Record, update, and monitor information in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities within the portfolio, promoting additional protection solutions to meet commercial targets.

Required profile

• Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Banking, Finance, Insurance or related fields.
• Previous experience in administrative, operational or customer‑service functions (desired but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of auto, fire or property insurance (desired but not mandatory).
• Ability to learn internal regulations, policies, laws and insurer guidelines.
• Detail‑oriented with basic analytical capability.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and commitment to process adherence.
• Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
