About the role
The Executive Liaison provides support, follow‑up and accompaniment to corporate and business banking clients regarding passive products, transactional services and foreign trade. The role also assists Transactional Banking business executives with administrative tasks, internal access confirmations, form handling, reporting, presentations, and coverage for vacations or absences, ensuring high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and continuous follow‑up for corporate banking clients.
- Generate reports, presentations and offer letters as needed.
- Monitor compliance obligations, policies, processes and procedures.
- Coordinate mass payroll deliveries and other large‑scale documentation.
- Assist business executives with transactional banking operations and internal confirmations.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
- Strong knowledge of Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to compliance standards.
