About the role

The Senior Business Executive will lead consultative sales initiatives for insurance and financial products. You will be responsible for growing an assigned client portfolio while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement consultative sales strategies for insurance product placement.
• Manage and actively grow the assigned client portfolio, ensuring client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities and prospect new clients.
• Close deals effectively, meeting production and sales targets.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on commercial performance, progress, and results.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the financial and insurance products offered.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial area to enhance sales strategies.
• Provide comprehensive commercial advice, understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.

Required profile

• University student (undergraduate) in Administration, Sales, Customer Service or related commercial fields; senior level may require a professional degree.
• Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a client portfolio.
• Capability to prepare sales reports and track accounts.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong focus on meeting commercial and production targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
