About the role

We are looking for a Junior Industrial Electronics Intern to join our technical team in San Pedro Sula. The intern will support design projects, provide on‑site service for industrial equipment, and repair control devices such as PLCs, drivers and servomotors. The position combines field work at plants, factories or buildings with hands‑on tasks in our electronics/electromechanical workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of industrial automation projects.
• Perform on‑site installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Diagnose and repair printed circuit boards and control modules (PLC, drivers, servomotors).
• Disassemble and re‑assemble electronic components and modules.
• Read datasheets and technical documentation to identify faults.

Required profile

• General knowledge of electric and electronic circuits.
• Analytical ability to review data sheets, detect failures and correct damaged boards.
• Hands‑on skill in disassembly and assembly of parts, modules and components.
• Technical background in electronics, electricity, IT with a robotics focus or mechatronics (preferred).
• Resident of San Pedro Sula or its metropolitan area.
• Enrolled in the final semesters of an engineering program (electronics, electrical, biomedical, mechanical or related) to complete an internship.
