Email Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, creation, execution, and reporting of our email campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure each message aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive copy for email campaigns, following brand guidelines.
• Build and format emails in Constant Contact (or equivalent platforms such as MailChimp or HubSpot) using designs provided by the graphic team.
• Apply basic UX principles to make emails scannable and easy to navigate.
• Coordinate event creation and scheduling through AddEvent.
• Organise and manage digital assets and media files in Air.
• Track tasks and deliverables using Trello.
• Generate performance reports (opens, clicks, conversions) and identify trends for optimisation.
• Maintain the email send calendar in collaboration with other marketers.

Required profile

• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and draw actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
