About the role

The Revenue Officer will support the accounting and tax department by ensuring that all sales reports are accurately reviewed, posted, and settled. This role is essential for projecting reliable financial and fiscal information and for maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and review tasks assigned to subordinates.
• Verify that sales reports are correctly reviewed, settled, and posted in the SAP system.
• Generate missing invoices and credit notes from various points of sale.
• Follow up on information requests related to period closures.
• Confirm and reconcile general cash accounts and bank accounts related to revenue.
• Analyze and reconcile revenue-related accounting accounts.
• Process and liquidate internal consumption invoices within SAP.
• Review final consumer accounts in SAP.
• Handle chargeback emails from banking entities.
• Coordinate special services provided by external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a university student in Finance nearing graduation.
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting environment.
• Age 22 years or older.
• Basic proficiency in English and advanced proficiency in Spanish.
• Knowledge of invoicing regulations and sales closing processes.
