Finance Analyst – Entry Level (Remote)

About the role

This position offers an entry‑level opportunity to join BairesDev’s global finance team, supporting financial planning, reporting and analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts with accurate data.
• Support analysis of financial performance by gathering, organizing and interpreting key metrics.
• Maintain financial records and spreadsheets, ensuring they are up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate data and contribute to planning processes.
• Monitor expenses, identify variances against budget and flag findings to senior members.
• Participate in continuous improvement of financial processes, tools and reporting workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, planning or corporate finance.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with financial analysis tools (a plus).
