Full Stack AI Engineer - Remote

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Full Stack AI Engineer, contributing to AI‑powered product features across backend and frontend systems. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design, build, and validate AI functionality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop agent integrations and supporting API services.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate large language models (LLMs) using tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Evaluate AI behavior to ensure quality and reliability.
• Create and maintain frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, raise blockers, and seek assistance when needed.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• LangChain, LangGraph or comparable LLM tooling.
• Prompt engineering.
• Retrieval over structured and unstructured data.
• Vector search and embedding strategies (nice to have).
• Container orchestration, microservices, CI/CD, and service observability (nice to have).
• Secure coding practices and security mindset (nice to have).
