About the role
The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial area, ensuring monthly and annual sales targets are met while aligning with regional guidelines. The role involves guiding a team toward commercial objectives and delivering regional project reports to the head office.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with regional commercial guidelines.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to reach set objectives.
- Prepare and submit deliverables for regional projects to the headquarters.
Required profile
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Commercial Manager in retail or fast‑moving consumer goods.
- Experience in budgeting, demand planning and KPI management.
- Willingness to spend 50% of time in the field and travel abroad when required.
