About the role

The Corporate Anti‑Fraud Manager will define and lead the anti‑fraud strategy for a financial group, ensuring robust prevention, detection, investigation, mitigation and response to both internal and external fraud across all business lines and countries of operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate anti‑fraud framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate transversal actions with key areas, supervise execution of fraud‑related action plans, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Represent the institution before regulators and governance bodies, reinforcing a culture of control and institutional trust.
• Oversee fraud investigations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Continuously assess fraud risks and adapt strategies to emerging threats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Auditing & Finance.
• Master’s degree in Total Quality Management, Economics & Finance, or Fraud & Money‑Laundering Risk Management; specialization in anti‑fraud is desirable.
• 5–7 years of experience implementing preventive anti‑fraud measures in the banking sector.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
