About the role

The Agency Manager will lead a bank branch in San Pedro Sula, overseeing commercial, administrative and operational activities. The role focuses on achieving product targets, profitability and growth while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage branch staff across multiple lines of business (personal, entrepreneurial, corporate and mortgage banking).
• Monitor daily product placement and follow‑up, ensuring commercial goals are met.
• Plan and execute a daily/weekly agenda of client visits and prospect calls.
• Administer the active and passive portfolio of all banking segments.
• Coach team members, conduct performance reviews and enforce audit controls.
• Promote teamwork, communication and leadership initiatives.
• Maintain asset control, office supplies and physical infrastructure.
• Drive compliance awareness, support staff on compliance issues and oversee corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance or Project Management is preferred.
• 2‑3 years experience as a branch manager or 3‑5 years as a senior business executive.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage portfolios and meet sales targets.
