About the role

The company is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead the financial and accounting functions, ensuring profitability, liquidity and long‑term sustainability. The role involves overseeing budgeting, cash‑flow management, tax compliance and the production of reliable financial information for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise the annual budget.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow.
• Analyze financial results and propose corrective actions.
• Supervise accounting operations and ensure tax compliance.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial providers.
• Present financial reports to General Management and the Management Committee.
• Lead internal and external audit processes.
• Evaluate investments and strategic projects.
• Manage the organization’s financial risks.
• Act as the legal representative of the company in financial and contractual matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior finance leadership position.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis and profitability assessment.
• Experience preparing and interpreting financial statements.
• Experience with internal and external audits.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of tax regulations, IFRS and labor legislation.
• Willingness to assume legal representation through a notarized power of attorney.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Intermediate English (desired).
• Valid automatic light‑vehicle driver’s license.
