About the role
World Vision Honduras is seeking a Gestor/a de Desarrollo Integral to join its team in Guajiquiro, La Paz. The role focuses on improving the lives of vulnerable children and families through community‑based development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mobilize community volunteers to support local projects.
- Design and implement participatory methodologies with children, adolescents and youth.
- Coordinate and monitor local development projects that address poverty and social inclusion.
- Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with community needs.
Required profile
- University or technical degree in Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Agronomy or related fields.
- Minimum two years of experience in community volunteer management and local development projects.
- Willingness to reside in the assigned area of influence.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motorcycle.
