HR & Legal Coordinator

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an HR & Legal Coordinator to manage employee relations, conduct internal investigations, and support legal proceedings. This hands‑on position works closely with HR, operations, and management to assess risks, document cases, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and labor‑related cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct internal investigations of misconduct, policy breaches, incidents, and claims.
• Collect, review, and analyse evidence such as statements, reports, CCTV footage, and communications.
• Interview employees, supervisors, and other parties involved in investigations.
• Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, timelines, and recommendations for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain confidential, organized case files and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Safety, Claims, Compliance and other departments to gather information.
• Advise management on labor law, company policies, and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify and escalate labor, legal, and compliance risks.
• Prepare legal documentation and represent the company before the Ministry of Labor and other authorities.
• Attend hearings, conciliations, and meetings on behalf of the company.
• Work with external counsel when specialized legal support is required.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR case management.
• Experience conducting investigations and handling confidential information.
• Excellent analytical and report‑writing abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and communicate effectively with management.
• Proactive attitude in identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks.
