About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to lead the human capital strategy for our plant. You will ensure that all HR indicators are met while supporting a safe, compliant, and high‑performing work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the plant’s human capital and guarantee compliance with HR performance indicators.
• Oversee payroll administration and processing.
• Manage talent attraction, recruitment, training, and development programs.
• Coordinate performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.
• Monitor KPIs, organizational climate, and internal service quality.
• Ensure adherence to the Labor Code, social security regulations, and ISO standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR manager in an industrial setting.
• Immediate availability and willingness to discuss salary expectations.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of labor legislation, social security, and ISO norms.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes: talent acquisition, payroll, training, performance management, and KPI handling.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and effective communication abilities.
• Excellent organization, planning, and adherence to procedures.
• Orientation toward internal service and a collaborative mindset.
