Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to operational leaders in San Pedro Sula. In this on‑site role you will drive talent management, employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives across a large, fast‑paced workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and workplace climate to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Design and implement plans to improve retention, engagement, and organizational culture.
• Support change‑management initiatives and facilitate adoption within assigned areas.
• Conduct employee listening sessions and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage employee‑relations issues and provide conflict‑resolution support.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll, and other HR functions to enhance the employee experience.
• Prepare reports and present data‑driven recommendations aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Proven experience supporting large operational workforces in dynamic, high‑volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, retention strategies, organizational climate, change management, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and advise leaders on people‑related decisions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and develop effective solutions.
