Ingeniero DevOps Junior

About the role

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation and integration solutions that improve our organization’s technological processes. The role focuses on operational efficiency, standardization, security, and traceability using modern DevOps tools and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and technical integrations aligned with established standards.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable, scalable automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with architectural, technical, and security standards across all implementations.
• Embed cybersecurity controls within automated processes.
• Manage the full automation lifecycle: analysis, design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Create and maintain templates, frameworks, and standardized models for DevOps and automation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
• Provide specialized support for incidents related to pipelines, deployments, and automation.
• Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and audit evidence.
• Generate performance metrics and indicators for automated processes.
• Promote DevOps culture through training, cross‑team collaboration, and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation engineering.
• Minimum 2 years administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with advanced technical support, infrastructure, and platform technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions.
