Inside Sales Support

About the role

The Inside Sales Support role at Breakbulk Logistics International assists the internal sales team in managing daily opportunities and client accounts. Based in Honduras, the position involves handling quotation requests, preparing commercial proposals, and ensuring accurate recording of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on quotation requests for air, sea and land freight.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals to clients.
• Record all sales activities in internal CRM systems.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with operations and logistics to guarantee service delivery.
• Assist in resolving order and documentation incidents.
• Update sales reports and perform basic data analysis.
• Coordinate the commercial team’s agenda and support internal meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping agency.
• Proven experience in freight quotation (air, sea, land) and contract handling with shipping lines and airlines.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs, import and export procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively and pay attention to detail.
