About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Intake Case Manager to join its growing Personal Injury team. In this role you will guide clients through the early stages of their case, providing exceptional support and helping move claims efficiently toward resolution.

Key responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through case progression.
Apply knowledge of bodily injury claims and pre‑litigation case management processes.
Identify cases eligible for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and submit them to the appropriate department.
Review and submit potential production cases for attorney evaluation.
Qualify clients for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.
Assist clients with property damage matters, including loss of use.

Required profile

Strong personal injury experience.
Excellent client communication skills.
Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload in a fast‑paced environment.
Passion for helping injured clients and delivering exceptional client service.
