Intake Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, client‑focused Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal support. The role involves gathering key information, answering initial inquiries, and guiding clients through the intake process with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Accurately record client information in the intake management system while ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
• Assess client inquiries to determine eligibility, next steps, and route cases to the appropriate department or legal professional.
• Provide clear, empathetic explanations of services, processes, timelines, and address any client questions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in client service, intake, call‑center, administrative roles, or experience in personal injury or a U.S. law firm.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
