Intake Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Disability Service Coordinator to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for new clients, you will ensure a smooth intake and documentation process while providing a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new clients.
• Manage and streamline client intake and document coordination processes.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
• Collect and verify insurance and personal information.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Build trust and rapport with clients through excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 minimum).
• Proven experience in client intake, customer service, or a similar role.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.

• $1,200 USD per month base salary.
• Performance‑based bonuses ranging from $100 to $500 per month.
