Interior Architectural Drafter (AutoCAD/Revit)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Interior Architectural Drafter to join our design team. You will translate interior designers' concepts and sketches into precise construction drawings, ensuring that creative visions meet technical standards and building codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, and detailed millwork/joinery drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and related tools.
• Convert designer sketches, space‑planning concepts and mood boards into coordinated construction drawing sets.
• Specify and document interior finishes, furniture layouts, fixtures and hardware details.
• Update drawing sets to reflect design changes, client feedback and site conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors, MEP consultants and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Verify that all interior layouts and structural adjustments comply with local building codes, safety regulations and accessibility standards.

Required profile

• Strong engineering or architectural background with proven drafting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Excellent spatial awareness, mathematical accuracy and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude, strong communication and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (high proficiency)
• Revit (high proficiency)
• SketchUp and Lumion for 3D rendering
• Knowledge of interior construction methods, materials and standard joinery details
• Understanding of building code compliance and accessibility standards
