IT Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale technology projects for our global clients. Working fully remotely, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure successful delivery, and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic technology plans and monitor project outcomes.
• Coach and guide team members while aligning with company procedures and policies.
• Promote clear communication, develop team relationships, and identify growth opportunities for staff retention.
• Optimize billable utilization, support capacity planning, and contribute to project profitability forecasts.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing clients, delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess IT strategies, evaluate results, and address issues and trends.
• Assist financial objectives through forecasting, expense management, variance review, and corrective actions.
• Implement organizational standards to ensure quality service.
• Support overall team success by delivering related results as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or a related role.
• Strong communication, positive attitude, and client‑focused mindset.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, and multitasking.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and people‑management experience, including performance planning and team development.
• Solid technical background in the IT industry and advanced English proficiency.
