IT Support Administrator

About the role

Reporting directly to the OT Administrator, the OT Technician acts as the first line of defense and the physical backbone of the industrial digital transformation. You will install, connect, and maintain hardware that bridges the shop floor with the digital layer across our global manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Execute physical mounting and wiring of IoT sensors, gateways, and PLC modules; perform field terminations (Ethernet, Fiber, Serial) following industrial standards.
• Provide rapid on‑site troubleshooting for hardware failures and conduct routine preventive maintenance on OT infrastructure.
• Maintain an updated inventory of OT hardware, spare parts, and tools; document wiring changes and keep site diagrams current.
• Conduct monthly physical audits to verify installed hardware matches the digital asset registry.
• Keep OT cabinets and server racks clean and organized, reporting environmental risks such as heat, dust, or moisture.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual 100% English‑Spanish.
• Approximately 1 year of hands‑on experience with industrial hardware; no managerial experience required.
