IT Support Engineer (Google Workspace & SaaS)

About the role

Legal SoftPay is looking for a dependable IT Support Engineer to provide hands‑on technical assistance across a modern SaaS and cloud‑based environment. You will work with Google Workspace, Zoom, HubSpot, AWS and security tools to keep the organization running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to help‑desk tickets for password resets, account access, application errors and device issues.
• Support users on SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, HubSpot, AWS) and manage access, security and configuration.
• Administer Google Workspace – user lifecycle, groups, permissions, shared drives.
• Assist with AWS IAM access requests and troubleshoot authentication problems.
• Handle employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including device provisioning.
• Maintain macOS and Windows laptops, configure MFA and other identity controls.
• Review system logs, alerts and security tools for DLP, monitoring and compliance.
• Write simple Bash or Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Update documentation, knowledge‑base articles and provide status reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Systems Support.
• Hands‑on experience administering Google Workspace environments.
• Experience with SaaS applications such as Zoom or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with AWS IAM and cloud‑based identity management.
• Experience managing onboarding/off‑boarding processes.
• Exposure to HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant environments is a plus.
