About the role

The Head of Brokerage for the Central Zone will lead the generation of new business for insurance and surety products through external brokerage agencies. The role involves close collaboration with these agencies and the management of an internal team to meet monthly, semi‑annual and annual targets while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business in the brokerage channel to achieve defined sales goals.
• Establish and monitor monthly statistical production controls to track performance and guide decision‑making.
• Coordinate and promote insurance sales contests with external brokerages to stimulate growth and maximize channel investment.
• Maintain productive relationships with external brokerage agencies.
• Lead and develop the assigned team to ensure achievement of business objectives.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in broker management and business development.
• Experience in business strategy formulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, International Trade or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, proactive attitude and high integrity.
