About the role
The Division Manager for the SPS store will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the operations of the assigned division. This senior leadership position oversees a team of salespeople and ensures that strategic, operational and financial objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, direct and control all division activities to achieve business goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Ensure compliance with strategic, operational and financial targets.
- Manage resources efficiently and drive talent development.
- Make decisions aligned with the organization’s culture and values.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
- More than 3 years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in duties related to this role.
