About the role
The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the station, ensuring smooth coordination of administrative and operational activities, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate administrative and operational staff.
- Manage cash handling, inventory, fleet maintenance, and operational controls.
- Prepare reports and performance indicators using Excel.
- Ensure compliance with scheduling, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Oversee vehicle and equipment usage, both mechanical and automatic.
Required profile
- Graduate or recent graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory or coordination roles.
- Experience handling personnel, cash, and values.
- Valid driving license and ability to operate both mechanical and automatic vehicles.
- Availability for rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel for reporting and indicator creation.
