About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who will ensure effective maintenance controls for equipment and machinery, drive continuous improvement projects and coordinate resources to increase operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Plan, implement and manage new projects focused on continuous improvement.
• Coordinate technical personnel and allocate resources to optimise plant performance.
• Develop and control maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Create and maintain SGIS matrices and related documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or maintenance manager role.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage technical teams.
• Strong sense of urgency, innovation, sustainability and leadership.

Required skills

• PLC programming.
• SAP.
• Preventive maintenance management.
• Budget preparation and control.
• Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety standards.
• SGIS matrix development.
