About the role

The Workplace Solutions Lead will drive the development of the Workplace Solutions domain by defining technical strategy, evolving the solution portfolio and strengthening team capabilities. The role ensures the design of innovative, high‑value solutions for customers while promoting best practices and fostering partnerships with manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy for Workplace Solutions.
• Lead the evolution of the solution portfolio and ensure innovative design.
• Strengthen the capabilities of the solution team through talent development.
• Promote best practices and maintain high standards of solution delivery.
• Build and nurture alliances with manufacturers and wholesalers.
• Contribute to sustainable business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Workplace solutions or digital transformation, leading architecture, pre‑sales or solution‑engineering teams.
• Proven experience designing and implementing corporate solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, results orientation and communication skills.
