Jr. Sales Executive

About the role

As a Junior Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving growth across the traditional channel and indirect trade network. Working in the field, you will partner with distributors and wholesalers to execute route‑to‑market strategies, improve distribution efficiency and increase market share for Colgate‑Palmolive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic route plans and 5'P field standards for assigned distributor and wholesaler accounts to meet volume and profitability targets.
• Coach and train distributor sales teams, aligning field personnel on customer service excellence and product execution.
• Analyze sales performance, distribution coverage and inventory rotation to uncover growth opportunities and optimise channel profitability.
• Monitor promotional activities, track competitor movements and recommend agile commercial action plans.
• Conduct structured field visits and customer consultations to ensure consistent service standards, policy compliance and strong partner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate level of English.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in commercial roles.
• Preferably 6‑12 months of experience in sales or sales supervision within the FMCG industry.
