Junior Banking Insurance Officer

About the role

The Junior Banking Insurance Officer will support Banco Ficohsa’s agency network nationwide, promoting mass‑market insurance products. The role combines sales training, performance monitoring, and incentive management to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to assigned Banco Ficohsa agencies according to a confirmed schedule.
• Deliver training sessions on products, sales techniques, objection handling and motivation.
• Manage printing and distribution of sales materials such as brochures and request forms.
• Participate in designing incentive plans for agency officials and compile monthly winner reports.
• Coordinate purchase and distribution of physical incentives across the country.
• Generate statistics and reports on sales performance by agency, salesperson and region.
• Maintain additional insurance portfolios, handling production entry, issuance control, collections, commission payments, and claims support.
• Identify new client opportunities and strategic alliances.
• Oversee payment processes for bonuses, commissions and related expenses with the payments department.

Required profile

• Experience in sales with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Negotiation skills and a proactive attitude.
• University student pursuing an administrative or marketing degree.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel for field visits.
