About the role
Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Operations Representative to join its growing logistics team. The role involves supporting customers with shipment tracking, order processing, and coordination of pickups and deliveries across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Engage customers professionally to build lasting relationships and provide track‑and‑trace updates.
- Enter, update, and process customer orders using various internal systems.
- Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers and coordinate customs paperwork.
- Follow established billing procedures and assist the Customer Service Manager as needed.
Required profile
- College diploma or university degree (recent graduate preferred).
- Previous logistics or customer‑service experience is an asset.
- Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution, and time‑management abilities.
- Fluency in English.
