About the role

The Key Account Manager Network – Latam is a strategic position responsible for managing and developing the company’s most important client relationships across Latin America. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
• Identify client needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement growth and retention strategies.
• Monitor and report on key account performance.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
• Participate in strategic sales and marketing planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or client‑relationship management.
• Proven ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Result‑oriented with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
