Key Account Manager – Technology Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of technology clients in Tegucigalpa. The role involves overseeing the full sales cycle, from prospecting new customers to closing deals and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer assigned client and prospect portfolio using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new customers and generate qualified leads.
• Provide advisory support on technology projects and solutions.
• Visit clients, send proposals, and follow up on opportunities together with the pre‑sales team.
• Manage the commercial cycle, including discounts, offers, services, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with operations to monitor ongoing projects.
• Handle client invoicing and support accounts receivable management.
• Document offers, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Coordinate relationships and communication with manufacturers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience selling technology or IT services, preferably in B2B and license commercialization.
• Proven experience managing key accounts and high‑level negotiations.
• Strong analytical thinking and business orientation.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for forecasting and opportunity tracking.
