Lathe & Milling Operator – Maintenance & Machining

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Lathe and Milling Operator to manage preventive and corrective maintenance in our machining department. The role ensures high‑quality, precise machining work while keeping process equipment reliable and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance for lathe and milling machines.
• Document and control all maintenance activities, including work orders and check‑lists.
• Maintain 5S standards, tool condition, and manage change requests for timely maintenance.
• Communicate findings, unsafe conditions and inventory status to the supervisor.
• Generate work order documentation (MP, MCP, MC or notices) and report spare‑parts availability.
• Enforce corporate and plant safety regulations, including PPE use and LOTO procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in machining workshops and industrial plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of tolerances, adjustments and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Understanding of industrial safety, PPE, and LOTO compliance.
• Ability to document maintenance actions and manage inventories.
