Logistics Coordinator - Afternoon Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator for the afternoon shift in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, communicating with mobile units, and ensuring timely, safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching loads, scheduling drivers, and modifying daily routes to meet customer needs.
• Monitor routes via phone, radio, and mapping software, handling sudden changes, road construction, or emergencies.
• Communicate freight requirements and safety procedures to drivers and update customer portals with load information.
• Analyze transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs and ensure proper trailer pool placement.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of logistics or transportation experience and 2 years in customer service.
• College diploma or degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using mapping or routing software.
