Logistics Operations Associate

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Operations Associate to join its transportation team. In this role you will coordinate driver dispatch, monitor shipments, and support customers with timely updates while contributing to efficient freight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for freight pickups and deliveries, ensuring optimal route planning.
• Monitor shipment progress and driver locations using communication tools and mapping software.
• Provide customers with shipment status updates and help resolve freight‑related issues.
• Adjust daily routes based on traffic, operational needs, or customer requirements.
• Enter and maintain accurate load information in internal systems and customer portals.
• Assist drivers with routing guidance and ensure compliance with freight procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address operational challenges and maintain service quality.
• Analyze transportation planning opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
