Logistics Representative – Customer Service & Dispatch

About the role

As a Logistics Representative you will coordinate and optimise delivery schedules for Charger Logistics’ fleet in San Pedro Sula. You will communicate with mobile units via phone or radio, use mapping software to determine the best routes and continuously monitor vehicle locations to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching loads, scheduling drivers and modifying daily routes to meet customer needs.
• Monitor route changes, road construction or sudden issues and establish alternative routes.
• Provide drivers with routing directions, freight requirements and safety procedures.
• Update customer web portals with load information and track drop‑and‑hook events.
• Analyze transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs and ensure proper trailer pool placement.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and use mapping and routing software.
